Venture Crew 700 was opened to provide coed youth (13 and out of the 8th grade to 20) in the Spring Mountain District of the Las Vegas Area Council a place to develop their leadership skills for the future, have fun and do more high adventure type outings that are somewhat different from their Boy Scout Troop counterparts that are more restricted in activities due to age requirements for certain activities. http://www.venturing.org/index.html

The adult leadership is committed to providing a safe, fun and challenging environment for the Crew members to grow and flourish.  Adult leadership advisors are crucial to the success of any unit.  Leadership training is a must and can be started and completed by clicking on the attached link.  Please remember to print out your certificates.  All Adult leadership with Crew 700 must complete all training, including the church "Protecting Gods Children" course and an application to help with youth, this includes BSA's application and the church application.  BSA Training starts here:  Adult Training Link
